Merseyflex Ltd offer a wide range of hoses for all applications, examples are as follows:
Composite Hose: Light, medium and heavy duty hoses lined with polypropylene or PTFE for use with oils, chemicals and solvents. We stock a range of hoses from 1” to 6” with the resource to supply up to 12”. Hoses are swaged and tested in house using any end connections required.
Rubber Hose: Suction & Delivery hoses for use with water, oils, chemicals, food products and bulk powders are available supplied loose or fitted in sizes from 3mm – 300mm.
PVC Hose: Clear, braided and wire reinforced clear PVC. Available in food grade & industrial grade materials with a variety of end connections. Sizes range between 5mm – 300mm.
Layflat Hose: PVC, Rubber and Canvas hoses for use in any industrial application. We also stock a range of firefighting hoses and fittings. Supplied loose or fitted from sizes 20mm – 300mm for a range of low/med pressure applications.
Flexible Ducting: PVC, Polyurethane and Rubber ducting for use in fume, vapour, powder and granule extraction. Available in sizes between 12mm – 600mm for temperatures up to 1000°C.
Overbraid Hose: Stainless steel or PTFE core hoses complete with Stainless steel or Polyurethane overbraid. For a wide range of applications, we can supply fitted with a variety of metallic or plastic fittings to suit your needs.
Hydraulic Hose: One, two, four and six wire hydraulic hose assemblies with carbon or stainless fittings. Available from
6mm - 100mm to suit water jetting applications up to 1500 bar. Also available to suit gases such as propane, butane, nitrogen etc.
