Commonly used for their durability, versatility and ability to safely handle a wide range of substances, Merseyflex Ltd hold in stock composite hoses to suit a wide range of applications. 

Our Oil and Hydrocarbon composite hose features galvanized internal and external wires, manufactured from polypropylene fabric and have a weather and abrasion resistant outer cover.

Our Polypropylene lined Chemical hose features a poly coated inner wire and galvanised outer wire suitable for a wide range of chemicals. It can also be manufactured with stainless steel wires for specialist applications.

 Our PTFE lined Chemical hose is suitable for the most aggressive of chemicals and solvents even at high temperatures. Manufactured as standard with a 316 stainless steel internal wire and a galvanised external wire, and available with stainless steel outer wire to suit aggressive environments. Our PTFE lined chemical composite hoses are used in many road tanker loading and offloading applications where a robust hose is required with a proven safety record.

All our composite hoses are fitted in house by our experienced and qualified team, we have the highest of in-house training standards and product traceability. We have designed, tested and approved all composite hose fittings through our R&G Fluid Power Group manufacturing team. Our composite hoses are 100% pressure tested and has full electrical continuity giving you full peace of mind.
