Merseyflex Ltd is deeply committed to nurturing future talent through a robust apprenticeship and work experience program.

We currently support team members undertaking warehousing apprenticeships as well as advanced Level 4 pipe welding apprenticeships, ensuring they receive expert training, access to high-quality equipment, and a strong emphasis on safety at all times.

Our partnership with St Helens College further reflects our dedication, as we welcome two candidates each week to gain hands-on welding experience.

This initiative not only supports young people in developing practical skills but also helps us identify and recruit the most promising individuals into our apprenticeship program.
