Hydrostatic Testing Capabilities
We operate three bespoke hydrostatic test rigs across our two sites, purpose-built to accommodate a wide variety of hose lengths and diameters. Our testing facilities are capable of safely testing hoses up to 2,000 psi, ensuring each assembly meets the required pressure and safety standards before dispatch.
Whether you're working with small bore hoses or large industrial assemblies, our test rigs are designed to deliver accurate, repeatable results you can trust.
Accredited Quality Assurance
We hold both ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 accreditations, ensuring that all of our inspection and testing procedures meet the highest international quality standards. This certification underlines our commitment to consistent, documented, and dependable processes in every area of our work.
For our fabricated products, we also offer a range of non-destructive testing (NDT) services, including:
- Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
- X-ray Testing
- Nitrogen Leak Testing
- Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
All welding activity is overseen by our Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC), with full material traceability available on request.
