Our Solutions

Merseyflex Ltd offers comprehensive welding solutions, specialising in carbon steel and stainless-steel pipework up to 32" in diameter. Our extensive welding facility is equipped with an overhead crane, 10 MIG bays, and 6 TIG bays, enabling us to handle large-scale projects with efficiency and precision.

We operate with eight coded welders and multiple qualified welding procedures, and we ensure strict segregation between carbon and stainless-steel processes.

A new hygienic welding area is currently under development to further expand our capabilities. Certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2, we provide full traceability, hydrotesting, and non-destructive testing (NDT) to meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
