15 Bar Hose - Fatty Foods, Oils & Liquid Food Assemblies. 

Alikler D hose can be supplied in continuous lengths up to 40m, but is mostly supplied in bespoke assemblies. We can offer assemblies with the following coupling types in 316 stainless steel:
● BSP
● RJT
● Triclover/Tricclamp style
● IDF
● DIN
● SMS

ALL ASSEMBLIES ARE 100% PRESSURE TESTED AND SUPPLIED WITH INDIVIDUAL IDENTIFICATION AND TEST CERTIFICATED.

● Alikler D is designed for higher working pressures than Citerdial, Lactadial & Alikler, with a MAWP of 15bar.
● Suitable for suction and discharge of liquid food including fatty foodstuffs and oils.
● Alikler D has a higher working temperature of +100°C compared to +80°C on Citerdial & Lactadial.
● Extremely flexible, non-kinking with excellent minimum bend radius.
● Smooth seamless Food grade, oil-resistant white NBR tube that does not propagate bacterial growth and complies with the most stringent European and USA regulations.
● Unaffected by changes in temperature when compared to PVC products.
● Resistant to cleaning with detergents to max temp of 90°C or steam 
to max temp of 130°C.
● Non-marking abrasion resistant NBR/PVC cover

Inner Tube: Food grade oil-resistant NBR, white, smooth
Reinforcement: Synthetic textile with embedded PET helix
Cover: Oil and weather resistant NBR/ PVC, blue
Temperature Range: -30°C to +100°C
Sizes: From minimum ID of 32.0mm/OD of 44.0mm to 
Maximum ID of 100.0mm/ OD of 117.0mm
Working Pressure: 15 bar
Bursting Pressure: 40 bar
