Neptune 20 Bar SBR Heavy Duty Suction & Discharge

A heavy duty rubber water suction and delivery( S&D) hose used for transferring water under positive or negative pressure( suction).

Neptune 20 has a maximum working pressure of 20bar making it suitable for high-pressure flanged or Victaulic groove applications.

Having a heavier wall thickness than 10bar Neptune, this hose is also better suited for applications where internal abrasion may be possible.

If using this hose above 10bar working pressure we strongly recommend getting the assemblies professionally manufactured to ensure integrity and safety in use.

Flexible and durable. Commonly referred to as ‘ Wire Armoured’ hose in the pump and construction industry.

Available in coils up to 61m ( dependant on bore size) or cut lengths.

Commonly supplied in manufactured assemblies with professionally fitted couplings. Speak to the sales team for options.

Recommended methods of attachment include DIN interlocking clamps or swage ferrules

Applications

• Suction and high pressure( >20bar) delivery of water in the Pumping sector.
• Fixed installations where a very durable, high pressure water delivery hose is required.
• Vacuuming of industrial waste and waste water where abrasion may be a consideration.
• Transfer of water -based products up to 20bar pressure and a maximum working temperature of +70°C.
• Can be used with ethylene glycol ( Antifreeze) and water based mixtures.
